Share the Beat
Celebrating the Hope in Transplantation

On September 13, 2008 JRI is partnering with the Georgia Transplant Foundation (GFT) to bring this star-studded event to Atlanta 's very own historic venue, The Tabernacle. All proceeds from the event will benefit GTF and JRI. The evening will be hosted by James Redford and Robert Redford and will feature live music and entertainment, with appearances by James Denton and Dana Delany of Desperate Housewives, singer/songwriter Rivers Rutherford, Greg Barnhill, Alexa Wilkinson and many more.

Share the Beat was first conceptualized by the James Redford Institute for Transplant Awareness (JRI) in 2003. Since the first performance in Los Angeles , the event has traveled to Salt Lake City , Omaha , and now Atlanta to use the power of music and story telling to raise awareness and funds for the transplant community
